If using frozen berries, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. If using fresh, wash and slice larger berries like strawberries.
In the morning, give the chia pudding a good stir. If it's too thick, add a splash more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Divide the pudding among 6 serving glasses or bowls, layering with berries as you go.
