Banana Oat Smoothie with Peanut Butter

This one actually keeps people full, which is the whole point of brunch. It's thick, creamy, and genuinely tastes like dessert. It's also great for anyone who woke up late and needs something fast before things get chaotic.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend on high for 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add more honey or peanut butter as desired.
  4. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and banana slice if you want to be fancy.
