- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and frozen peas. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the milk mixture over the rice mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
