Baked Brie with Cranberry Chutney

A warm, gooey wheel of brie is baked til it is soft and is topped with sweet and tangy cranberry chutney for simple holiday entertaining.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • 1.5 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 baguette sliced for serving

Method
 

  1. Simmer the cranberries, brown sugar, orange juice, and cinnamon in a saucepan for 10 minutes until thick and jammy.
  2. Place the brie wheel in a small baking dish.
  3. Bake the brie at 350F for 12 minutes, until soft and gooey inside.
  4. Spoon the warm cranberry chutney over the brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Serve immediately with sliced baguette for dipping and scooping.
