Bacon-Wrapped Dates

Medjool dates are baked with crispy bacon and goat cheese.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 20 Medjool dates pitted
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 10 slices bacon halved
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil.
  2. Stuff each pitted date with a little goat cheese.
  3. Wrap each date with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange on the pan and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve warm.

Notes

Turn them halfway through so the bacon crisps evenly.
