Bacon Ranch Deviled Eggs

Ranch seasoning in the filling gives these a herby, tangy flavor that kids and adults both go nuts for. Add crispy bacon on top and you've got the most crowd-friendly deviled egg on the planet. These disappear fastest at potlucks — every time.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 large eggs hard-boiled and peeled
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh dill for garnish

Method
 

  1. Halve eggs and transfer yolks to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash yolks and mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fill egg white halves with the ranch mixture.
  4. Top each egg with crumbled bacon and a small sprig of fresh dill.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
