Bacon and Herb Goat Cheese Balls

Bacon and fresh herbs coated creamy goat cheese rolled into balls.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz goat cheese softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and finely crumbled
  • 3 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives

Method
 

  1. Beat goat cheese and cream cheese together until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture 10 minutes so it firms up enough to handle.
  3. Roll the cheese into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Combine crumbled bacon, parsley, and chives on a plate.
  5. Roll each ball in the bacon-herb mixture to coat fully.
  6. Chill until ready and serve with crackers.

Notes

These can be made a day ahead and kept covered in the fridge.
