Ingredients

  • 1 package 20 oz refrigerated cheese ravioli
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Cooking spray
  • cups marinara sauce warmed (for serving)
  • Fresh basil leaves chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it stick.
  3. Spray air fryer basket generously with cooking spray. Arrange breaded ravioli in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Don't overcrowd!
  4. Spray tops of ravioli with cooking spray to help them get extra crispy and golden.
  5. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with fresh basil, and serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping. These are best enjoyed hot and crispy!
