Ingredients

  • 1 package 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 40 slices pepperoni about 3 oz
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce plus more for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Method

  1. Unroll pizza dough on a clean work surface and stretch into a 12x16-inch rectangle. Cut into 20 squares (about 3 inches each).
  2. Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, then add a pinch of mozzarella and 2 pepperoni slices.
  3. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, pinching all edges tightly to seal. Roll gently between your palms to create a smooth ball shape.
  4. Mix melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Brush each pizza roll with the butter mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange pizza rolls in a single layer, leaving space between each (work in batches if needed).
  6. Air fry at 380°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for 3-4 minutes before serving (the filling gets super hot!). Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
