Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method

  1. Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels (this is the secret to crispy wings!). In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they're not touching. You may need to work in batches.
  3. Air fry for 20-25 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they're golden brown and crispy with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. While wings are cooking, combine melted butter and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  5. Transfer cooked wings to the bowl with garlic butter and toss to coat. Add Parmesan cheese and parsley, then toss again until wings are completely covered in that delicious coating.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on the side for sprinkling and your favorite dipping sauce. Watch them disappear!
