9) Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Layer Cake (Reese's chopped through)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1.5 qt peanut butter ice cream, softened 10 minutes
  • 1 1.5 qt chocolate ice cream, softened 10 minutes
  • 12 Reese's peanut butter cups chopped
  • 9- inch chocolate sandwich cookies 18 crushed (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce warmed

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter; press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
  2. Spread peanut butter ice cream over crust in an even layer; sprinkle half the chopped Reese's. Freeze 20 minutes.
  3. Spread chocolate ice cream on top; drizzle half the hot fudge and sprinkle remaining Reese's. Smooth top.
  4. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight. Run knife around edge and release springform before slicing.
