Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk until smooth.
Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in another bowl.
Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture.
Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mix until coated on all sides.
Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil lightly over the top.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
