- Combine buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl; add wings and refrigerate 2–6 hours.
- Mix flour and cornstarch in a shallow dish. Remove wings, let excess buttermilk drip off, then dredge in flour mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray basket. Arrange wings in a single layer without crowding.
- Air fry 10 minutes, flip, then cook 8–10 more minutes until deep golden and crisp. Toss with extra paprika if you like.
