Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium zucchini chopped
  • 1 15-ounce can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 10-ounce package cheese tortellini

Method
 

  1. Add the vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, zucchini, and kidney beans to the Instant Pot.
  2. Secure the lid and set to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
  3. Carefully perform a quick release of the pressure.
  4. Turn the Instant Pot to the saute setting. Stir in the tortellini and cook for 5 minutes until tender.
