Ingredients
  

  • 2 English muffins split
  • 2 sausage patties 2 ounces each
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sausage patties for 4 minutes per side.
  3. Toast the English muffin halves.
  4. Melt the butter in the skillet.
  5. Crack the eggs into the skillet.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook the eggs for 2 minutes.
  8. Flip the eggs and cook for 1 minute more.
  9. Place cheese on each sausage patty.
  10. Stack each sandwich with sausage and egg.
