  • 12 ounces short pasta
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1 cup marinara
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Stir pasta, broth, marinara, and cream in a greased baking dish.
  2. Cover tightly with foil and bake 35 minutes. Stir in spinach and mozzarella, then bake uncovered 10 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
