Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of your favorite muffin mix blueberry or banana works great
  • Ingredients called for on the box usually milk, oil, and eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven according to the muffin mix package directions.
  2. Place silicone baking cups into a muffin tin.
  3. Prepare the batter and fill each silicone cup two-thirds full.
  4. Bake as directed and let them cool completely.
  5. Place one muffin, still in its silicone cup, right into the lunchbox.
