  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 Oreo cookies

Method
 

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg.
  2. Divide the dough into 12 portions. Press each portion around an Oreo and seal the edges.
  3. Bake on a lined sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool before serving.
