Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Beat egg yolks with 3/4 cup sugar until pale. Stir in milk and vanilla. Fold in dry mix.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks, add 1/4 cup sugar gradually, beat to stiff peaks. Fold into batter gently.
Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
Whisk evaporated milk, condensed milk, and 1/4 cup heavy cream. Poke cake all over with a fork and pour milk mix slowly so it soaks in. Chill at least 2 hours.
Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over chilled cake and slice to serve.
