19) Chicken Caesar Salad with Store-Bought Dressing

Creamy, salty, and fresh with crisp romaine and warm chicken. I make this when I need dinner quickly but still want something that looks put together on the table. Using store-bought dressing is not a shortcut — it's a time management decision, and I stand by it.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup store-bought Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped chicken, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 4–5 minutes until the chicken is warm.
  4. Place chopped romaine in a large bowl.
  5. Pour Caesar dressing over the lettuce.
  6. Toss with clean hands or tongs until coated.
  7. Add warm chicken, Parmesan, and croutons.
  8. Toss again gently so everything mixes evenly.
