Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 18–20 oz brownie mix + ingredients called for on the box (usually eggs, oil, water)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter for extra chew
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional, for deeper chocolate
  • 1 tsp instant espresso powder optional, enhances flavor
  • Pinch of salt
  • Nonstick spray or parchment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to brownie box temperature; parchment-line baking sheet.
  2. Prepare brownie batter per box, stirring in melted butter, cocoa, espresso, and salt.
  3. Pour into greased shallow pan about 1/2-inch thick; bake 12–15 minutes until just set.
  4. Cool completely; cut 1/2–1 inch cubes.
  5. Toss cubes on baking sheet; bake 8–10 minutes at 300°F to crisp edges, flipping once.
  6. Cool; store airtight until serving.
