Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz spaghetti or egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp warm water
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped peanuts optional
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced (optional)

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta to package directions; drain and return to pot.
  2. Add butter and stir until melted and noodles are coated.
  3. Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and warm water until smooth.
  4. Pour sauce over noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Taste and add red pepper flakes, peanuts, or green onion if wanted.
