Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 ripe pear thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Brie cut into 24 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg beaten

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Cut pastry into 24 squares; press into a mini muffin pan.
  2. Add one piece of Brie, a pear slice, and a few pecans to each cup.
  3. Brush pastry edges with egg; bake 15 minutes, until puffed and golden.
  4. Drizzle with honey; serve warm.
