15. Kitchen Sink Cookies

Sweet, salty, and completely addictive. These cookies use a little bit of everything and are always the first to disappear from our counter.
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup toffee bits

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips, crushed pretzels, and toffee bits.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before moving to a wire rack.
