- Pat wings dry, toss with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Air-fry at 400°F for 22–25 minutes, flipping at 12 minutes, until skin is crisp and juices run clear.
- Meanwhile, combine balsamic, honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a small saucepan; simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until glaze thickens, about 1 minute.
- Toss cooked wings in the glaze, return to the air fryer for 2 minutes to set the sauce.
- Finish with extra cracked pepper and parsley.
