Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round pans.
Whisk flour and baking powder; set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar on high for 6–8 minutes until thick and pale.
Fold flour mixture in gently, add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stop folding once mixed.
Divide batter into pans and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then remove to racks.
Whip cream to soft peaks, add a drop of pink gel and fold to even color.
Stack cakes with a thin layer of pink whipped cream between. Frost sides and top.
Sprinkle edible glitter and add tiara on top just before serving.
