  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 2 packets dry onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water

Method
 

  1. Place the roast in the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top.
  3. Pour the water around the sides of the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
